Presentation Title: Applications of CFD techniques on solar thermal systems

Abstract:

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) techniques are used to solve complicated thermal problems. There are few solar thermal systems such as solar dryer, solar updraft tower, desalination plants, etc. create huge interests on researchers. Numbers of industries trying to implement their systems based on the research outcomes on above topics. This presentation gives some input to solve such solar thermal problems with the help of CFD techniques. Solution procedures, methodology and few of the results will be presented on the above said area.
